Kanban Management Professional (KMP) is a 2-day interactive course that covers how to roll out Lean Kanban in your organisation through understanding the Kanban methods approach to change.

Prior attendance at Kanban Foundations I: Kanban System Design or any previous Lean Kanban University Foundations-level class such as Getting Started with Kanban or Certified Kanban Practitioner is preferred.
Attendance at a prior KMP I course is required to achieve the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) status on completion of this course.
